A creamy bharta to enjoy as the weather cools will allow your body to detox. Ingredients: A big piece of Pumpkin, mashed amounts to 2 Cups Pumpkin / Kaddu2 Tablespoons + 2 Tablespoons Oil1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds2 Small Green Chillies,slit1 Large Onion,finely chopped1 Medium Tomato,finely choppedSalt as per taste1 Teaspoon Sugar1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder1 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala2 Sprigs Cilantro,finely choppedA Fistful Grated Coconut1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder Instructions: First, make pieces of pumpkin. Cut it into cubes/squares.Boil water in a saucepan and cook the pumpkin pieces with little salt till done.Now, when cooled, scoop the pumpkin pulp, and discard the peel.In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, when it's hot, add mustard seeds.4. When they splutter, add green chilies and mix well.After some time, add onion and tomato.Add little salt ,so that cooking gets faster.Add sugar.Stir well.Add kitchen king masala and turmeric powder.Cook for some time and switch off the gas.Add the pumpkin pulp, grated coconut, adjust salt, red chilli powder and cilantro.Mix well.
